Cycle starts today( I just injected!)

still on the dbols for another week. im keepin calories/ diet the same. even tho I am eating a lot, i am not (i think) gaining any fat.. heck, i could be loosing it.. that would be nice

Oh wow. I didn't know you were on it for 6 weeks...

I'm running mine for 4. Today is day 12 and I'm up about 8-10 pounds so far (hopefully not too much water as I'm taking adex).

The hardest part for me is eating. My stomach is so expanded by the end of the day I feel like I'm going to have stretch marks by the time I'm done. I never realized that eating 3500 calories a day would be so difficult.

Ok.... last night was awesome.
quad day:
squats: warmed up 2 sets 135 and 1 set 225. working sets 3 @ 315 for 10 reps. the 2nd set however around rep 6 or 7 i felt a slight pain in my lower left abdomen. I have felt this before doing deadlifts and such, but I put on a belt for my last set and everything was fine. Def dont want a hernia.
leg presses were great as well.. sets with 5 plates (on each side) , 6 plates, 7 plates and 8 plates! 8 plates on each side is the most I have ever done, and I did 10 reps with that. Felt great! then did 4 sets of extensions with a nice super set on the last set.
finished off with calves- 8 sets total.
everything is going great so far and I finally was able to put the scale on the "250" weight! but that was with some pants ( button down adidas, ya fuck u they were free, lol) and a t-shirt. so Im guessin weight to be around 247- 248. I just started week 6 this past sunday, so I hope to add some more quality muscle.

250.. nice. I checked in at 248 at the gym last night. One of the bbers there wants to work on my diet. He was surprised I still had abs at that weight.
BTW.. I have been trying to find a tux much like your adidas pants. I want to be able to do a "party boy" at my buddies wedding.. he he...

I am going to decide on what to do with my diet after I get my MRI results. What I can do at the gym will determine my goals. If I am limited to legs and cardio I will tighten it up and try to drop to 7% or less. If the results are good and I get the okay to hit it hard I will start stuffing my face, clean though, and go for 250 with abs. I would like to get to at least 8% at 250...
I still look skinny... and fat... stupid body dismorphia!

i hope all goes well bro.. and if the worst happens.. train tho legs into tree trunks! stuffing face is fun. im going to go do that in about 20 minutes. Ah, i love being skinny fat
 
one thing.. im noticing fluid/ water in my ankles... im guessing from the dbols, ths is my last week any way on them. i am takin adex .5 mgs ed and nolva 20 mgs ed right now. anything to be worried about?
