Ok.... last night was awesome.
quad day:
squats: warmed up 2 sets 135 and 1 set 225. working sets 3 @ 315 for 10 reps. the 2nd set however around rep 6 or 7 i felt a slight pain in my lower left abdomen. I have felt this before doing deadlifts and such, but I put on a belt for my last set and everything was fine. Def dont want a hernia.
leg presses were great as well.. sets with 5 plates (on each side) , 6 plates, 7 plates and 8 plates! 8 plates on each side is the most I have ever done, and I did 10 reps with that. Felt great! then did 4 sets of extensions with a nice super set on the last set.
finished off with calves- 8 sets total.
everything is going great so far and I finally was able to put the scale on the "250" weight! but that was with some pants ( button down adidas, ya fuck u they were free, lol) and a t-shirt. so Im guessin weight to be around 247- 248. I just started week 6 this past sunday, so I hope to add some more quality muscle.
