Cycle Review...Finally

Alright guys, I get the cast off my hand next week and think I'll be able to hit it HARD in 3 weeks from now. Considering I broke it the day before my cycle I've been pretty bummed. Please review the following and give any suggestions..

Stats:

22 yo, 6'1", 185lbs

Goal:

Gain 8-10 lean pounds and harden up

Week 1-10 = Test E @ 500mg
Week 2-16 = Liquidex @.25 mg ed
Week 1-2, 12-14= Clen (pyramid from 25mg)
Week 12-16 = Clomid @ 50mg ed

Letro on hand

Supplements:
GNC Multi
Fish Oil
Cranberry Concentrate
Milk Thistle

I would hit the gym for a few months with out the aas bro.get back into working out hard core before you add any thing.injury being the biggest reason

Agreed.
You're gonna go from not exercising it at all to doing way more than you would usually be able to do.
I would ease into things a little bit slower, as to not cause injuries.

agreed. give your hand time to get back into training mode now that its healed. i would think 2 months in the gym first would be a substancial ammount of time bro
 
Maybe I should have clarified. It is a boxers fracture on my fifth metacarpal. I get the cast off this week and was going to wait a couple more to start. The doc said if everything healed fine, weights shouldnt be a problem. I've been hitting cardio hard staying in shape. I'll see how things look when the cast comes off.

Regardless, does the cycle itself look good?

looks ok but whats the clen for.what is your goal.
 
8-10 lbs of solid muscle and to harden up. I'd like to lose a little fat in the beginning and figured I'd run it again at the end. Is this ok or is it going to hurt my gains?

take the clen at the end or even during pct bro.
 
That's what I was planning. Starting week 12 which is when PCT begins.

Is it ok to throw some in at the beginning too? The first couple weeks I plan on keeping reps high, doing more cardio. At week I'll drop them and concentrate more on mass. I thought this would be a good transition while i "wait" for the test to kick in.

there is no kicking in bro.once that test is running threw your vain its doing its job.hit the weights and start working at gaining mass and strength :)
