8 weeks of sust at 250 per week.

Start weight = 216
End weight = 231
BF down 5.2%

Notes:
Gains basically slowed dramatically in weeks 5-6. I beleive that if I had eaten more calories I could have gained more... but it would not have been sustainable. Acne came on pretty strong in week 5. Vitamin b5 at 1 gram a day worked to keep it in check. Some signs of gyno in week 6; One Nolva per day for 10 days took care of that.

Lessons:
Could have eaten better. More calories. Need to keep up with supplements also. Cod oil, Glucosamine, chondroiton, etc. Shorter cycle may be better. Most gains were achieved by week 5.
 
Other factors:

Ate Glucorell R and Biotin with carb meals. 1-2 Glucorells, 500 mcg biotin per Glucorell.

500 mg of ginger with all big protein meals (over 35 grams)

Used Cell Tech as a post workout drink.
 
Hey dragon, looks good bro. This should be a lesson to a lot of first timers. You gained pretty good off of only 250/wk, and that was without dieting to perfection. Just imagine if you had eaten more. How much did your lifts increase?
 
Lifts went up a lot. So much, my joints could not compensate.

I agree... 250 for a beginner is enough. 15 lbs isn't bad. We'll see how much stays... but I'm not bloated at all.

so you managed to lose bodyfat? do you hink your gains would be more solid if you ended with four weeks of winny? would that help to make sure he kept all of his gains?

hell my first cycle was 250mgs of sust and 300mgs of deca a wk for 8wks gained 25lbs lost 5lbs...always start at low dose. I am into my god only knows # of cycle and i still rarely go over 600mgs of test
