Pre cycle stats ...... 194lbs........10%bf........max bp 375lbs
Weeks 1-2
500 sus.......50mg dbol/ed
2000 cal/ed......196lbs
Week 3-4
500 sus .......50mg dbol/ed........100mcg clen.......12.5 t3
2000 cal/ed........200lbs.........9%bf
Weeks 5-10
500 sus..........500 primo.......Clen 2wks on 2 off
2400 cal/ed........211lbs........7%bf
Through the first 10 weeks I did cardio 5x a week, and used l-dex, and proviron 50mg a day, and i prescribed water pill, i got lean as shit, and stayed hard as nails. For weeks 11-12 though i wanted to see what sus could really do, so i brought my cals up to 5500/day, what a fuckin difference.
Weeks 11-12
500 sus......500 primo
5500 cals/ed..........225lbs......no clue on bf%
Im quite pleased in all, I could only imagine if i ate the whole cycle.
I made some amateur mistakes but im pleased. Oh yea, i hit 465 on the bp last night.
