Just because Sust is a long ester doesnt mean you cant run Prop for more than 10 weeks and if you read my post i said i ran Winny 4 weeks into my cycle. dont try and tell me how to run a cycle

I wasnt tell you how to run a cycle, i too have asked a question on this forum and i got told minimum 10 weeks, i know it has short esters too, but they stated the best results are between 8 - 12 weeks.
