Ok I started doing short cycles ( 4wks ) and then switching up. Right now in secound week of:
Deca 600mg wks 1-3
D-bol 20mg wks 1-2
Winnie 100mg wks 1-4
Mast. 100mg wks 1-4
Then planning on going into:
Test prop. 250mg ED wks 1-2 ( can you use slin pin for this? )
Test prop. 125mg ED wks 3-4
Anavar 80mg Ed wks 1-4
Halo 20mg ED wk 1
( thinking about adding tren in at 100mg EOD wks 1-4 )
Goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. Mainly lose fat though.....
Cardio ED 30min in morning pool or stepper something like that. Diet high protein, low carbs, low fat.
Cycles before were usually 8-10 wks. Mostly Deca,d-bol, test, halo, and anavar.
