I just got my cycle in I had a fitness exam at the gym.
My body fat measured from calipers was 21% and my home electronic scale says 14%. I dont get it.
So, I need to loose some bodyfat so I can see my abs but I still wanna build muscle. Now I hear that to build muscle you need to eat more calories but to loose weight you need to eat less.
So I would waste my test by eating less calories?
Should I save the test and order some eq for a bulking cycle later and use the Anavar with Hydroycut to slim down now?
I figure if I have a calorie deficit of 1000 each day (1400 instead of the normal 2400) I can get my bodyfat down in a couple months.
Then, after I slim down, do a bulking cycle.
What should do you think?
Here is the gear I have:
Testosterone Propionate 100mg/ml 30ml
Anavar 50mg/ml 60ml
4000iu HCG
Lots of Clomid & Novalex
