Cycle log-Eq/Test-E

I'll be starting my cycle on 12/26/08 merry xmas too me lol. I'll keep my results posted for anyone curious about running a similar cycle. all ops are welcome.

Week 1&2 Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 300mg mixed w/ 200 mg test eth shots mon/thurs
Week 3-12 Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 200mg mixed w/200 mg test eth shots mon/thurs
Week 13-14 Test eth 200 mg shots mon/thurs
*HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - ran from weeks 4-12 @ 500 i.u's/w*
-adex throughout as needed-
PCT - post cycle therapy -
-HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 10 days after last test eth shot @ 500 iu/d
-Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - 4 weeks (start one day after HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - shot) @ 50-40-30-20

I Like It i actually got good results running the EQ at the end of the cycle and the difference was I was runing SuS at 500mg a week

No need to front load eq its a waist. Run the same amount all the way threw. Cycle look great and its good you are running hcg threw out the cycle. How ever nolva alone for pct sucks big horse cock. At the very lease ad 4 weeks 5 pumps ed Sustain Alpha


I would use the Testosterone Recovery Stack but some like to go cheap.
 
Thanks needtogetass, I read up on sustain alpha and im going to add it.... does anyone else have oppinions on the front load? I was also toying with the notion of running Winny tabs 50mg ed for the last 4-6 weeks. Any thoughts on that???

New update on plans, my buddies just booked a vacation from april 6-12. if i start my cycle on 12/29 run eq for 12 and the test for 14 then ill have to start pct while on vaca and thats not happening. so it looks like im going to have to save the eq for another round and run just the test for 10 weeks (maybe winny last 4 or so) and then pct for 4. 12/29-4/6 is 14 weeks. so my last day of pct will be my first day of vaca w/ should work out.

Is this your first cycle? Stats? Diet? Goals?
 
second cycle, 6'3 225 15-20%bf go by scale bought at dicks's sporting goods so dont know for sure, diet is a bit loose right now but will clean it up (as have done in the past) roughly 4000 clean cals/day- whey protein, chicken,tuna,whole weat, oatmeal, fruits, low fat dairy, nuts (un salted) no salt, sugars added to meals, 6- 8 meals /day. multi vits. , fish oils, triflex. cardio 30-45 min/5 days/week in the a.m.(never the same exercise) i.e tred mill/elipticle/sprints/sports. work outs in p.m. splits= monday legs, abs, tuesday chest/tris, wed. cadio abs, thurs back bi's/ fri.shoulders abs. goals are to put on clean/lean gains, add strength, yet fly under the radar so to speak. no specific weight to obtain just strength, moderate size, no gain in b/f.
 
ok i just got results from the doc for a pre cycle check up. all levels and pressures are good to go. 6'-3" 225 lbs 15%bf(i know a little high sorry socal) bmi-28. I changed some things up and will run test e for 10 weeks @ 500ml/week (250 mon and thur.). hcg the same as before....same pct but adding test rec stack. starting date got pushed back to 1/1/09. will update weekly.
 
took my first shot (right quad) on thursday 250mg test e 23 gauge pin, went in smooth, felt a warming in my leg immediatly, little light headed, no pain ( no real soreness or charlie hoarse so far). had two great lifts thru and friday. im sure its all in my mind but i've had increased energy yesterday and today, increased thirst aswell, appetite the same, libido the same. second shot lined up for monday.
 
monday (R glute) and thursdays ( R shoulder) shots were painless, although i only have 1" pins so i think im going to skip on the gluts b/c not sure if im getting deep enough. eating a lot, my scale tells me that im up 6 pounds down 3% body fat. getting headaches a little, a little restless at night, not sure if is just me or the test?
 
here is a sample of a day of eating, good? bad? suggs? cardio workout 6-7a.m meal 1 about 7:30 6 egg whites ,black pepper, flax seeds (ground mixed in if scrambled or into oatmeal) 2 cups cooked oatmeal w/raisins. meal 2 9-9:30 8 oz smoothie (1 cup 1% milk ,2tbsp low fat yogurt, 3/4 cup oatmeal, 2 tsb peanut butter, 2 scoops whey protein, ice--makes 16oz). meal 3 11-11:30 10oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, cup broccoli. meal 4 1-1:30 6 oz can low sodium water packed tuna, cup fat free yogurt; meal 5 (pre work out)-3:00 8 oz smoothie. meal 6 (post work out) 5-5:30 8 oz salmon baked, cup broccoli; meal 7-7:30 2-4 slices whole-grain bread 2-4 tbsp all nat peanut butter, 2-4 tsb all nat fruit spread; meal 8 9-9:30 4 oz smoothie or 3 egg whites. roughly 4,000 cals; 350 g protein; 300 carbs; 120 gs fat; 15g sat fat; 1200 mg sodium; 50g fiber. is was only going to go w/ half of that b/c i wanted to stay lean and drop b/f but double the portions b/c i didtn think my cals and protein was enough. any help?
 
anyone? Bueller....Bueller..... I cancelled my vaca so im adding the eq into the mix for 12 weeks, so itll be test e 500mg/w 15 weeks (since im 2 in already, and stopping eq one week before test so they run out of my system at the same time), eq 400/w 12 weeks.
 
training is going well, weights are increasing, shots are smooth and painless, no sides other than this weird sparatic ed problem im having, oh and my nips are starting to itch every once and a while. losing body fat, gaining weight. getting comps on looking bigger from co workers. just started the eq so i should have some good gains off the test before the eq hits me for round 2 lol.
 
haha nice bro..you should definetly do something about those itchy nipps before they become worse..possibly gyno what do you have on hand?
 
updates are in anabolic steriod forum under test/eq cycle advise (2nd cyc). i will be updating things there from now on
