Cycle I got off a website Very Important LOOK

I was hoping someone could give some advice on this I saw it at anabolicreview.com and was interested. It would be my first cycle. I adjusted it a little. Any help is always appreciated.

Don't pyramid the deca, keep it at a constant 400 mg/week throughout. Winstrol should be run at 50 mg eod if injected or 25 mg ed if taken orally.

The layout you got is really confusing
