gunna drop calories to 2000 while cutting
raise to 5000 while bulking clean

here is what i have for my cycle

20ml...250mg/ml test E
100...10mg Dbol
100...10mg winny
25...2.5mg letroplex
20...50mg clomid
30...20mg nolvadex
5000 iu hcg

also have clenbuterol and t3 to run for 6 weeks before the cycle.
30ml left of the clen 200mcg/ml
100....25mcg tabs of t3
have enough letro to run it for 200 days 1/4 pill eod might start that during the dieting phase before my cycle to get a steady blood level for the aas cycle and start the aas imediately after the clen/t3/letro cycle

this is my plan for my aas cycle and pct

weeks 1-10 test e 500mg EW
weeks 1-13 1/4 letro pill EOD
weeks 1-4 Dbol 35mg ED
weeks 9-13 winny 30mg ED
PCT
weeks 11-13 500iu hcg EOD
weeks 14-20 nolvadex 40/20/20/10/5/5
weeks 14-16 clomid 50mg ed 100mg on first day


QUESTIONS
1.is there any suggestions you would have about the cycle?
2. will this pct plan work well?
3. can any one give me a schedule for the amount of t3 i have?
4. will training each muscle 3 times per week be too much? (im considering using arnolds routine with a few extra exersises added. and remove the dips.)
 
bump for some help here bros

1) You should cut the winny out before you start your HCG assuming you run it at the end of your cycle. I would run you HCG all the way through your cycle instead but that's just me.

Also, I don't feel that the Letro is necessary here. You should use an AI on cycle like Aromasin, Adex, or Forma-stanzol.

2) Your PCT will work if you cut the winny. I hate the sides that Clomid gives me but I hear it works well to restore LH function.
 
will the hcg not work if im still on the winny?

initially i wanted to run the hcg throughout but my budget wont allow it. i could have if my cource didnt run out of the 1500 iu amples of it but there was only 5000 iu amples so im just gunna hit it agressively at the end and hope i dont shrink too much.

i have been reading to use the hcg while on a bridge. because the brigde will help keep the gains better and the hcg will perp you for the pct.
....is this wrong?

and does any one know how to dose t3 i have 100 25mg tabs

PCT is a personal thing, you didn't mention if this was your first cycle.. if it is then you are running too much stuff for a first cycle. if it isn't then you should of figured out what PCT worked for you previously and incorpated that with blood tests to see what works and what doesn't.

no but i can advise you to get your diet fixed before running a cycle. t3 isn't gonna tell you how to eat. 18% bf is too damn high. get things in check before running a cycle or youw ill be back on here in a few months saying how you aren't making any gains.

ummm.. yeah. that is ridiculous. train each muscle group individually on their own days and alternate each time you go to the gym. it will come out to every 4-5 days working out a specific muscle group. like i said above, you should be training your ass off NOW and not waiting for your cycle to train. i dont get why you wouldn't be training hard now?

A fuck it let me just fix the thing..

1-10 test-e 250mg twice a week.
1-4 dbol 30-50mg every day
1-4 forged liver support 2 caps every day
1-10 hcg 500ius twice a week
5-10 winny 50mg every day
10-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm
12-16 unleashed and post cycle 3 caps of each every day

No need to even run a ai just have the letro on hand for sides.
 
ok ill keep the letro on hand for the sides. so i guess its a good idea for me to have it. and i do train my ass off now. 2hrs a day 5 days a week. my training volume is in the 800-1000 rep range per day. with 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week plus abs. so i never said i wasn't training hard as hell already. i also eat 6-7 meals a day. also i do tree service four days a week. so i burn alot of calories. i really just wanted to know what people would say about that arnold routine.

also i am dieting right now my bmr is like 3800 or so and im eating around 2000 a day. so i am still losing body fat. was planing to use the t3 and clen to cut out the last of it before i do my cycle.

and i was gunna use the letro because im just worried about getting gyno. but i guess just keeping it on hand will suffice.
