Cycle Help?

Hey,

I'm new to roids so am just researching for when I do my first cycle.
I'm trying to achieve what I can naturally for a while longer. I'm thinking to do my first cycle in April.
Since I started keeping track I've gone from 368lbs, 42%bf.. to -300 lbs, -30% bf.
I'm 6'2 and my ultimate goals are to be a lean 260 - 270.

I think April would be a good time to do a cycle to accelerate my results a bit getting ready for summer. :)
Goal would be to shed some fat, while gaining and defining muscles.

From the research I was doing this seems like a decent combination, but I'm really not sure.
NPP + Anavar + Test Prop.

Any thought would be great, so I can have everything down when the time comes.

Sweet Jesus !!! You got some slimmin' down to do before we talk about AAS. I would suggest continuing to lift hard and incorporate cardio at least 4 days a week.

How old are you bro? How long have you been lifting on a regular basis? Long term goals?

We need to get you as strong as possible, NATURALLY, before we run any gear.

im 22 and been liftin on a regular basis only since begining of June. I was on and off a while ago.

Long Term goals would be around 260 lbs, around 10%bf (Im sure these goals will change as I progress).
So do you think it would be a better idea to wait until I'm around around like 15%bf before any gear? Or just until I start to plateau Strength / Muscle wise?

Maybe something like Clen / ECA would be something to do from time to time in the meantime?

Like I said, I'm new to the whole steroid scene so not sure on the "protocol" for when to start..
 
definetly wait till your aroudn 15%

right now you should be thinking of diet training and cardio...

diet will definetly help you lower that quickly...
just put the hard work into it..and youll be good

good to have another BC guy:)
 
Holy shit! i have never seen 42% bf writin down i had to rub my eyes and do a double take!.
anyway bro you sound like your doin real good. keep working it , good diet cardio wieghts, get down to like 15% before even considering aas. good luck keep us posted

Yea, 42% since I started keeping track too, haha. That was at 368 lbs.. I was up to 380 lbs.. weight was getting out of control.
Gettin it in check now.
So far have gone from 5xl tees to 2xl tees, and 48 jeans to 40.

You will do SO much better with gear if you slim down and lift with wild abandon, then if you start gear now.
6 months to a year of eatting clean, slimming down with cardio, and intense lifting, wiil position you for running a much more effective cycle. People don't realize that steroids only provide 10% of your mucle development. The rest is Diet, probably 50% and lifting 40%.
 
You've been lifting since the begining of june and you're already thinking about your first cycle??!

You have a long way to go before ou consider aas.

You're 22 with 40+% BF, you need to hit the cardio hard and forget about aas for a while.

Not ready for a cycle just yet bro. Also when you are ready I would think much smaller and simple then that cycle bro.

A good first cycle would be test-e 250-500mg ew for 10 weeks. Of course learning about pct,cycle problems like gyno,bp,liver,shit like that and how to deal with them should be somthing you look into starting now.

Don't feel bad though. A good 80% of the people who make there first (thinking about a cycle) thread are not ready and have a lot more to do and learn before they are.

Now there are a lot of damn good products you could be using now to help you get there though. CLA,amp02,lypo. There is also a lot of other parts to this site that can help you reach your goals too. The weight lifting board,the diet board, and much much more. Jone in become part of the family and we will all bend over backwards to get you where you want to be.

Yea, I've been browsing the forum a bit finding really good info. :D
I'll hold off on any cycle for a while, with this forum I should be pretty knowledgeable bout what to do by then.

I'll take you up on that pm offer sometime, I've seen some of the results people have gotten you've helped out on this forum.. really cool.

I'm 57 as a mentor i will say this!
#-1 Learn about diet and nutrition thats 70-80% of the program
#-2 Learn to train, switch it up every 3-4 months so your body doesn't get used to it
#3 forget steroids at this point- a 12 - 14 hr fast after your last meal, doing morning cardio will do a hatchet job on bf.
No fun but proven and works, I'm doing it now,
