I just finished my first cycle of Reforvit dbol(pink pills) at 25mg per day. I weighed in @ 215 lbs prior and finished @ 235 lbs. I am 36 and stand 5'10". My bodyfat is about 12-15%.
My gains came late because I did not do my homework first.
Let that be a lesson to those that don't do the research in the beginning.
I think the problem was in my diet. I was only consuming about 150 grams of protein a day and my total calories were about 1200. After discussions with a friend, he recommended about 400-500 grams of protein a day. Once I made the change, the gains were almost overnight. I took ALA while on and continue to do so along with milk thistle.
I am in the first week of being off the cycle and plan a more extensive cycle in about 7-8 weeks. The problem is that I am not sure what I am going to do. I know I am going to use the same dbol but I do not know what to stack it with. The dbol that I got was legite so it is hard change with all the scammers out there. I am leaning towards the deca because of the milder side effects. The dbol is pretty harsh on the liver alone. I was going to start at about 200 mg per week of the deca for two weeks and then up it to 300-400 mg per week as I start the 25 mg per day of the dbol. I will do the stack for about 8 weeks and then finish the last two weeks with 300-400 mg of the deca. I will start taking clomid when I get off of the dbol as I finish up with the deca. Of course, it will boil down to what I can get and if I feel comfortable with what it is. This can be a problem due to the lack of resources that I have.
I have read the anabolic 2000 book and I am currently re-reading and taking notes. I am hoping for progression of knowledge on each cycle I do. I would appreciate any informaion that you guys may be able to pass on with what you have seen and read.
