Cycle Critique Question

I'm new to the boards here. I haven't posted anywhere in a while, but I am interested in some opinions on my current cycle. I'm planning on cutting for sixteen weeks using the following chemical protocol:

Test Cyp. - 400 mg 2x Week (15 Weeks)
Npp - 100 mg EOD (16 Weeks)
Test Prop 150 mg EOD (1, 16)
Dbol - 50 mg ED (1-4)
IGF - 40 mcg bilaterally E3D (1-4, 7-10, 13-16)
Arimidex - taken as needed .5 to 1 mg
T3 - 50 mcg (16 weeks)

I'm 5'10" currently weighing in at 274 lbs with about 18% bodyfat. I'd been out of the gym for a while, eating like crap, and plan on leaning myself back out while losing minimal muscle mass. I might put tren in inplace of the npp the last 6-8 weeks, but I'm not the hugest fan of the mood effects so I'm not sure if it's worth it to me. Protein consumption is at 400-450 g a day, and cals will taper from 3200 down to 2600 or so.

What's your reasoning behind waiting on the igf? Are there unwanted interactions with higher levels of bodyfat?

I fail to see the logic in wasting tons of muscle. I have a 53" chest, 19.5" arms, 31.25" legs, and a 39" waist, so I consider myself far from obese.

Yep. This would be number seven. I was sitting around 250 lbs at 12 percent or so this summer before I just did almost nothing due to a new job and several bouts of illness. I decided I'd rather keep my eating up and pile on some fat than lose much muscle. A natural cut would result in probably too much muscle loss I would think.

first, imo any insulin is extremely dangerous for anybody to use. you still have alot of room to grow before running igf. IMO insulin products and gh shouldnt be used until your body will not grow anymore from aas alone.
as far as the bf, insulin can cause you to gain fat as well as muscle. i forget the ratio, but it was almost 1 lb of fat for 1 lb of muscle. ill try to find the study on that when i get off work.
so someone with 9 or 10 bf could benefit from that, but not at 18%.
 
I agree on staying away from the insulin. I wouldn't touch the stuff either. IGF is a different compound tho bro.

I don't think you would be wasting tons of muscle, but 18% BF I doubt you are any where near being cut. The only way is to shed some pounds-And that means cardio.

I'm 5'10 also, and weight 215 right now at 12% BF. I'm going to cut to
8 or 9% which will probably take me to 205: with a 48" chest, 34" waist,
18" arms. That's pretty tight.

Just a suggestion.

Just a suggestion.

I'm not bro. I'm doing 30 minutes a day 6 days a week, plus an extra thirty minutes two days a week at night. I've been cut before, abs start to show good around 240 and by 225 i'm pretty damn lean. I was just seeing if anything was off chemically with my plans; I know i'm out of shape right now:-D
 
Nice. That's along way from 270! Shit in that case when you get to 225 or so
use the steroids that help you lose fat, Tren and Var.

Yeah (really really ate like a fatass for a while:-( )...my goal is to drop to about 230 or so this time, cruise a bit, bulk up to about 250, then see how lean I can get. I really want to get my legs up past 32". Trenbolone is awesome for fat burning for me, but I tend to have some serious mood issues. Once Istart seeing my abs though I'll probably throw caution to the wind and go with it tho.
