Seriously though you'll need to post your stats if you want advice.

Weight
Bf%
Training history
Previous AAS use......

I can't see what the point of that cycle would be. Primo is for slow steady gains without bloat or estrogenic sides. With a gram/wk of test you'll have fast gains with plenty of estrogen and bloat. So why waste the money on the primo?
 
we need full stats, history and also GOALS.


but 2g of sauce is a big hefty cycle.. hard to suggest that to normal people

Weight= 170lbs
Bf%=14-15% (around there)
Training history= been training 4 years.
Previous AAS use...... this is my first cycle.

also, I've hear people say to just a lot but I'm wondering is you guys can give me the macros(p/c/t), and calories that i should be aiming for on a daily basis. this way i know what I'm suppose hit and not worry about under eating. THANKS.
 
2g for a first cycle whoa :xeye::xeye:! Thats way too test and primo for someone ur age, not to mention the $$. First cycles should be nice and simple, to see how ur body deals with AAS. 170lbs, how tall are u? First make sure u know the ins an outs about the compound ur lookin to use. Know all the possible side effects, on cycle supporters, diet and PCT. Obiviously from ur suggestion for ur first cycle ur not to educated on the matter. Dont fuck urself up. U wanna start nice and easy. I woud recommend two things as first cycles. Beastrol or test only at a reasonable dose. ONLY when you have done your homework.

im not joking i took my first shots yesterday, and i understand macros its just that now that I'm taking all this I'm wondering how many calls i should eat i keep hearing anything above 3000 i should be ok, i just want a legit number that way I'm sure I'm not under eating.

btw the person who recommended this is an actual bodybuilder friend of mine who's been on this at a very young age.

you need to switch up your cycle.. do your own research and dont listen to that friend of yours.

read up on first cycles.. id go w/ a test only cycle at this point.. maybe 300mg-500mg per week

you need to read up on diets and how to eat and how much to eat... and you need to do all this research yesterday and put it into place last week.

you are soooo far behind and have made a lot of mistakes but that doesnt mean you cant turn things around for the better.

Ok seriously bro. I too thought you were joking. The reason everyone is acting this way is this. You have absolutely no business running that much gear as a first cycle. You could run less than half of that and see incredible gains. You also have no mention of ai's or pct. By running these doses you are setting yourself up for failure.

I asked my friend about the PCT and he said that he got that taken of already he will give it to me when I'm done. I'm already big as it is, people have asked me if i have taken stuff and i kno some natural bodybuilders who have told me i should compete, so i kno how to get big as i already am. I'm just wondering about what number cals i should shoot for as all i see in the internet is "eat a lot" and yet none of you guys have suggested a set of macros that should help. so I'm thinking ill shoot for 3000 to 3500 cals a day.

170lbs w/15% BF you are not big unless you are 3 foot tall

now I'm getting mad as i just seen that some of you guys have pictures and IM NOT IMPRESSED i look better that most of you only guy thats around me is deejleos we got similar physiques i feel i got more shoulders though AND I'm all natural never touched shit until now and you guys wanna come at me? ppfff instead of talking shit you guys haven't given no piece of advise followed by a logical explanation as to why it is. i just joined this site as i thought i would get legit responses and this is what I'm faced with smh....
 
Championbreed, u've GOT TO CUT BACK that dosage dude. Your friend is making a big mistake by recommending this cycle to you.
 
Because if is your first time don't need very much to really grow a lot. If start that high wont have much if any more gains but a lot more sides and in the future may require more gear to grow than if had started low.
Run the test at 500 and primo 500-600 and will have great results.

Doesn't matter what he says, all you need is 500mgs a wk. thats it ,look in to ai's and PCT.

Thats is my suggestion, he does not have your health and interest at hand. I only hope you'll talk to someone else besides him.
 
look it doesnt matter what you look like...

you posted a crazy first cycle. very poor idea. obviously if you suggested this as a good cycle it might be hard to convince you it is a bad idea.

but it is.. think of it this way.. if you wanna be an indy car driver where would you start? would you start in the indy car or maybe something a bit slower to get your feet wet. maybe learn to drive a normal car first. then maybe something a bit faster.. then maybe do some local races and get your feet wet. learn and make mistakes that you can survive and walk away from w/ out doing tons of damage

also you need to get your diet in check and learn what works.

you should know how much to eat. we can make suggestions but diet takes a lot of trial and error to get correct and dialed in.

but i would say if you wanna bulk eat more then 3500 cals.. if you wanna cut eat less then 3k

The explanation you have neen given is THAT'S TOO MUCH GEAR....and 170 isn't big...

If you don't stop now you are going to do some serious damage to your body....

Brotha no one is saying u shouldn't cycle, it's just the doses that are too much by far. Were just here to provide good advice, whilst trying to keep people from hurtin themselves thats all. Why not just do 500mg a week test and if u must do primo, 600mg a week for 12weeks, should be MORE than enough. Get a on cycle supporter like HCG or HCGenerate. Keep an AI on hand.
