Alcohol tends to slow muscle response times whether or not you're on gear. So, to get the best workout possible and the most out of your cycle, take a pass on the booze. That said, I had a glass of red wine at a business function recently and I'm on Test E. at the moment. I didn't notice a huge difference the next day at the gym, but I don't intend to make a habit of it.
Moderate is not bad , just remember alcohol and any other drug are processed in the liver which if you are using gear will work extra time.........I tend to stop drinking when on a cycle first for the liver stress and also working out with a hang over SUCKS....
