cycle and wine

Alcohol tends to slow muscle response times whether or not you're on gear. So, to get the best workout possible and the most out of your cycle, take a pass on the booze. That said, I had a glass of red wine at a business function recently and I'm on Test E. at the moment. I didn't notice a huge difference the next day at the gym, but I don't intend to make a habit of it.
 
Moderate is not bad , just remember alcohol and any other drug are processed in the liver which if you are using gear will work extra time.........I tend to stop drinking when on a cycle first for the liver stress and also working out with a hang over SUCKS....
 
Everything in moderation is a good guide to live by.

That said I tend to stay away from alcohol as best I can while on cycle. I am putting my liver through enough as it is so why stress it any further.
