Hey bros,

Its been a while since i have posted so i hope everyone is doing well!! My next cycle is a sust, EQ. What supplements do you guys take while on? and i would like to get my supps online, im gonna take creatine, glutamine and some protein powder. In your opinions, where is the best place to order from?

im 31 yrs old, 6'2", 210 lbs.
500 mg sust/wk
600 mg Eq/wk
run for 12 wks.

A good Multi Vitamin, some Joint Support, some EFA's. I also like to take 2g of Milk Thistle a day, along with 4g of Vitamin C. I was taking creatine but I cut it off due to my joints being sore and it possibly being caused by the creatine mono.. Glutamine, ZMA, and B12 (injectable) are good too.

You should be taking a (1)Multivitamin/Mineral (2)BCAA's (3) Whey Protein Isolate off cycle and on cycle. On cycle add Fish Oil, Niacin, Milk Thistle or a Liver Detoxifier/Regenarator. I also take CLA, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin C.

benefits you see to using CLA on cycle? good call, i forgot to mention bcaa's/eaa's..

CLA is a good Antioxidant and has anticancer properties. It is also beneficial for reducing abdominal fat.
