around 14 st

Training - day split (chest/bi, back/tri,shoulders,legs).
Looking for some advice for my second cycle. Looking for some good lean gains.
My first cycle was Test p and primobolan, i got some real good strength and muscle gains from it and just looking to start another cycle after around 6 months from the end of my first. Pills or jabs im not fussed and i can get hold of pretty much anything, so please gimme some ideas on a good lean gains cycle.
