Cycle advice

Hi all.

A little about myself:

22 years old
6 ft 2"
around 14 st
15% bf
Training - day split (chest/bi, back/tri,shoulders,legs).

Looking for some advice for my second cycle. Looking for some good lean gains.

My first cycle was Test p and primobolan, i got some real good strength and muscle gains from it and just looking to start another cycle after around 6 months from the end of my first. Pills or jabs im not fussed and i can get hold of pretty much anything, so please gimme some ideas on a good lean gains cycle.

Good lean gains cycle....good clean diet, plenty of protein, and you are set. 22yrs and time to grow.

Too young to juice. Why are all these kids doing cycles?????!!! Whatever...

Whats your weight dude? What is your 1RM on Squat, Deads, Bench and Push Press? Can you Clean your bodyweight? Whats your PCT?

For your split you may want to switch it to chest/tris, back/bis. When you do rows etc for your back you also use bis. Might as well give them proper rest rather than fatiguing them every day.

man bro, there is no need to be juicing at your age... its such a bad idea to be messing with your test and hormones at such a young age... i would really think twice about it bro... be smart...
 
Thanks for all of the replies guys. I think im gonna take your advice and stick to a good diet for the time being, im sure if i stick around here i will learn enough for when i am due to cycle!
