take a look what do you think:
12 weeks:
weeks 1-4= 30 dbol spread through out the day along with pyramid 300-500 deca per week
then weeks 4-12= stop the dbol, add winny 100 every other day and continue the deca
two weeks of hcg 5000 post and some clen.
Looking to add quality gain with little H2O retent and firm it up.
any tips
