Cycle advice

Afternoon all,

Looking for advice on a cycle.

This will be my 3rd cycle. Previous cycles have been mass gaining. Being in the Royal Air Force, it's been dodgy ground. If I make it too obvious I'll get tested and caught. So I'm looking for solid, lean and vascular gains.

What, in your opinion, is the best cycle to run for these results?

Stats
Age - 23
Height - 5ft11
Weight - 175lbs

My diet isn't that strict at the moment, but I do plenty of anaerobic and aerobic training with rugby. I will tighten up my diet once I start my course.

thats kinda light for 5ft11 and 2 previous cycles. what did you take before and how did that go?
 
Did two cycles of sust and deca. both went really well.

But recently been on a 2 week holiday in Ibiza. You know what goes on there... Alcohol, various chemicals and lack of real good food! So I lost a load of weight :(

Now looking to gain some lean solid mass.

train for a few months let muscle memory work its magic and then think about cycling again.
 
That vacation, or holiday, sounds like a blast......but you don't weigh 175 @ 5'11 just cuz of two weeks of fun....
