Cycle Advice Please

Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forum. I did an Andropen 275 cycle for 3 months starting at the beginning of this year. worked my way up from about 550mg/wk to 800mg/wk throughout the cycle. During the first month i also did 50mg/day Dbol and then in the 3rd month i did 50mg/day Winstrol. I went from 137 pounds to 157 and now i have been all natural for the last 2 months. I want to do another cycle and would like some advice from you guys.

I am 157 pounds, 22 years old and 5'8". What i plan on doing is adding some more weight on myself but i want it to be lean mass instead of fat/water. I have heard that tren with test would be a good option for me but i would like some input from you guys on what you think about tren/test cycle as well as any other ideas you might have

There are a couple things wrog with your post. The first one is that youre 5'8" and 157lbs. Thats ridiculous. Im 5'7" and i havent weighed 157 since i was 12. You need to lesrn to eat and train. Get to 200lb naturally and then worry about steroids. Youre not doin your body any favors by juicing at such a small size.

And the second thing i see wrong is that you didnt mention anything abt a PCT or an AI while on for gyno issues.

And lastly, tren is not to be taken just bc someone said its a good idea. Its very taxing and hard on your body

post on here what you eat on average for a day. Id bet my left nut you barely eat shit, but you THINK you eat alot. Also post up a typical workout for yourself. Lets say chest, tell me what you would do for a normal chest workout. What exercises, number of sets and target rep range for that exercise is what I need to know. This will tell me more than you think.

you should ALWAYS have an AI on hand in case symptoms arise. You obviously need to do more research. But post up what you eat usually, and we can help you further.

I will not give you advice on gear, you can do research on your own if you want. But im sure I can help straighten out your diet and training.

Well, ill put it to you like this. Doesnt matter what kind of steroids you take if you cant get to 200lb naturally at 5'8". I got to 230 naturally and im shorter than you. Granted, i had a good amount of fat, but i still got there naturally. And if you didnt run a pct, then youre gonna lose 100% of your gains.

Do you understand what steroids actually do? They shut down your bodys own production of hormones. And in order to keep what you gain from juice, you HAVE to get your natural production back up. And the only way to do that is through PCT. and if you dont know that much, or even about AI, then you have no business taking steroids. I cant tell someone how to fly a plane, if i havent ever been in the cockpit, you feel me?

Get to 200lb naturally, then juice
 
Can't be that skinny if can rock 15% bodyfat. as far as a fast metabolism.
How long have you been training seriously?
I wouldn't say need to get to 200 natural but right now are too small to consider aas

Dude, @157 and 15% bodyfat, ur diet sucks and so does ur training. Bc i never get above 9-10% and i can walk around @ 205. So, yea, u do need to be able to get to a lean 200 naturally

Sorry, thought u were the OP. But i never called him skinny. If anything, he has no muscle to be 157, 15% and 5'8". So he def needs a better base to start.

I think most people 5'10-6' should be able to get to 200 pretty easily with nothing but food and hard training.

and who knows what his bf really is. Most people are not what they think they are. Ive heard that you wont see a 6 pack unless your 10% or lower. I call bs on that. People hold fat in different parts of there body. Maybe there abs are fairly lean, but they got some jello legs. The only thing that is truely accurate is those bod pod water things. lol

The little electronic ones dont fuckin work so dont tell me no bs about those. I did one the other day and it told me im 7.6%. lmao I havent been that lean in over a year.

He called himself skinny why said that. lol its ok. Eh depends on goals. I'm cutting to 197 for sport at almost 5' 11 and ran a couple cycles.. Strength is really high tho vs mass

Well if he considers 15% skinny, then id hate to see what he thinks fat is lol. If thats the case, then im anorexic...LMAO
 
honestly i dont know my exact BF which is why i didnt state it in the original post but i have a visible 8 pack and all my veins show. i barely have any body fat im pretty shredded
 
and actually i have a bottle of test 400 so thats gonna be included in my cycle no matter what. if i do things properly and get an AI and all that stuff then do you guys think tren is a good idea to run with the test or should i just stick with the test by itself?
 
Don't run tren.. if that's true then you are much lower % bf man..
Your gonna need post a pic and typical days diet before get much help on here.. at least diet.

1st meal- 4 hardboiled eggs, whites only. 2 servings oatmeal with raisins added in. handful of grapes. 2 pieces whole grain bread.

2nd meal-protein shake and banana

3rd meal- 2 servings brown rice and 1-2 pieces grilled chicken breast

4th meal- same as 3rd

5th meal- half of protein shake and half of grilled chicken or steak hero

6th meal- rest of shake and rest of hero
 
Bro, I am a little late to respond to your post, but my advice to you would be the same as pretty much all the experiencewd guys on here ... you need to eat like ahorse, train like a beast and sleep like a baby. if you do that correctly over the next few years, you'll be able to get to a nice 175 - 180lbs, reasonably lean. With your height, I think that getting to a nice 10%bf at 180lbs is a good enough base to start from. Honestly, before you get there, do not waste your money or time on gear, as you might be able to get to 175 - 180lbs sooner using gear, but by then you are going to have to use crazy dosages going forward and you'll only damage yourself in the long run.

Like Dylan said, post up your daily diet and your training regime and we can start assisting you to build a better base from there.

This is, in all probability, not what you wanted to hear (read), but this is the right advise given all round, believe me.

Brother get your diet in order ,where are your micro's? Also you can not eat the same thing each day

Your diet doesnt seem horrible, but it could be a lot better. And if i were you, id know exactly how many calories im taking in. And i dont see a lot of fats in your diet at all. Its hard to grow without good fats, or fats at all for that matter. Id also bump my carbs up to abt 400 at least. But ill only give you diet advice bc im stickin with my original statement; which is that your diet and training isnt on point or you could get past 160lb.
