Bro, I am a little late to respond to your post, but my advice to you would be the same as pretty much all the experiencewd guys on here ... you need to eat like ahorse, train like a beast and sleep like a baby. if you do that correctly over the next few years, you'll be able to get to a nice 175 - 180lbs, reasonably lean. With your height, I think that getting to a nice 10%bf at 180lbs is a good enough base to start from. Honestly, before you get there, do not waste your money or time on gear, as you might be able to get to 175 - 180lbs sooner using gear, but by then you are going to have to use crazy dosages going forward and you'll only damage yourself in the long run.
Like Dylan said, post up your daily diet and your training regime and we can start assisting you to build a better base from there.
