Cycle Advice Please - New Member

Hi all, this is the first time i am posting on any of the steroid related forums and i chose this one because i think it's the best.

I am a 27 Y old male, mesomorph, 5 '11, 177 pounds, around 12-14% body fat. Been training for 2 years consistently and so far i 've done 2 cycles. My goal now is to plan a 12-16 week moderate dosage cycle, starting in the beginning of March, to put on lean muscle mass. I would be extremely happy if i could gain around 10-15 lbs during these 4 months and drop my body fat under 10% (don't know if this is possible with what i got so far). So here's what i got in regards of gear:

5 Vials GP TNE 100mg/ML
10 Amps Organon Sustanon 250 mg/ml
1 Vial Trenbolone Acetate 100 mg/ml
2 Vials Trenbolone Enanthate 200 mg/ml
50 10mg tabs oral Turinabol
100 Tabs 250 mcg Oral Tren
100 Tabs 40mcg Clenbuterol
200 Tabs 10mg Oral Winstrol
20 Tabs Arimidex
40 Tabs Letrozole
200 IU Hygetropin HGH
60 Tabs 20mg Nolvadex
2 Pregnyl 5000 IU HCG
40 10mg Clomid
Milk Thistle
Liv 52

I also need advice on my meal plan how much protein/carbs/fat and total of Calories daily.

I am looking for lean bulk plus fat loss i know it' can be done with steroids i've done it before i just need advice on how is best to lay out my cycle to get the most out of it. Any advice would be helpful, Thank you!
 
Hey thanx for your reply. I was looking sor a little more detailed answer as i have listed many different steroids but thanx anyway appreciated! i will write down my thoughts about the complete cycle layout and post it here so i can help you help me better
 
for one you should be able to easily easily gain 10-15 lbs from a test alone cycle just want to throw that out there
 
i would get test prop and do this

1-8 test prop 150mg eod
1-8 tren ace 50mg eod
1-8 masteron 150mg eod
opt(proveion 50mg ed)

youll be hard and shredded as hell if u diet right

side note id never use oral tren or clen

you should be taking at least

265grams of protein /200 grams of carbs/50grams of healthy fats a day....and even that is kinda low but you will bulk up with not gettign fat
