Cutting Workouts

So Im 6ft 215 at 20 yrs old and I figure i need to drop 20 lbs by June. I've never really cut; how do you workout for that. I was doing a nice 4 day 5x5 workout of
Sat - Chest Bis
Sun - Legs
Tues - Shoulders, tris
Thurs - Back traps

I now do early cardio at 6 before breakfast for 30 minutes. I was interested in trying HST. I know i wouldn't reap full benefits on reduced calories. Any input, recommendations, personal programs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Keep lifting heavy and pushing yourself hard during the cut...and try to keep your lifting 6+ hours after cardio. 5x5 or HST is up to you and what your goals are.
