Cutting with Anavar (Oxandrolone)

check out the diet section and get that straight before you waste your time. a half ass diet will result in half ass results. i wouldnt take any steroids without being minitored by a doctor throughout. my personal experience was that that dose and time on for me wouldnt have been to bad on my liver. but things change and people are different so enter at your own risk and be smart about it.
 
Anavar Dosage

Due to its being a mild steroid in every sense of the word, high amounts of Anavar dosage are needed. It binds reasonably well to the AR, but pretty high doses are still needed and I would never suggest doing less than 20mgs/day. In fact, 20-80mgs are needed to start halting AIDS related wasting(1) and recovering weight for burn victims (2) so that´s the range I´d recommend keeping your dosages in concerning this compound. Personally, I´d use 100mgs/day if I were ever going to try this stuff. Any less than this amount (20-100mgs) would be a waste. For women, however, I think 2.5-10mgs/day would suffice. Virilation is not a concern with this compound, as it is only very mildly androgenic (3). Water retention is also virtually nil with it.

Although Anavar is an oral steroid, and has been alpha-alkylated to survive oral ingestion and the first pass through the liver, it´s still relatively mild in that respect too..., the unique chemical configuration of oxandrolone both confers a resistance to liver metabolism as well as noticable anabolic activity. It would also appear that Anavar appears not to exhibit the serious hepatotoxic effects (jaundice, cholestatic hepatitis, peliosis hepatis, hyperplasias and neoplasms) typically attributed to the C17alpha-alkylated AASs. (17) Anavar has even been used successfully in some studies to heal cutaneous wounds (7), or to improve respiratory function (18). Both of these novel properties could make it a good choice for in-season use for boxers, Mixed Martial Arts competitors, and other such athletes.

So still think 80mg ED for 8 weeks or 60mg ED for 10 weeks is too much? Thanks...
 
I cut on 25mg anavar e/d and a little bit of clenbuterol/ECA (not clen+eca at same time of course) and got shredded and defined while putting on a little muscle mass. This was my first cycle. Protein was high and carbs and fats were low. Oh and it was only 5 weeks.

When you first use steroids, your receptors are clean and you make tremendous gains off a low dose. Now a days, I am using Anavar at 60mg e/d.
 
I have read taking oxandrolone at higher doses 40-80mg ED is necessary, as opposed to taking anavar at 20-30mg ED!

Any inputs on the truth behind this?
 
You can take 250mg Test or 1000mg of Test. The higher the dose, the better the results, the more side affects, and the greater you saturate your receptors resulting in a constant need for high steroid dosages. I grew great off of 25mg anavar only and then later on I did 250mg of Test e/w and put on serious mass. Start out with low doses. Of course, your anavar could be very underdosed so you may need to go with 40...
 
joe d is right, your diet is no good bro, less carbs, more protien...unless your a true ectomoroph then maybe you can get away with the 50% carbs..6-7 weeks max on the var and no higher than 60mgs ed
 
And as far as the circuit training, great idea...I do something similar quite frequently.....BUT, I will bet a month's commish that your body is probably accustomed to THOSE exercises in THAT order

Switch that bad boy up and you should feel a difference...

Hey members I am about to start a 12week cycle on Anavar (oxandrolone). I received 500 tablets at 10mg each and was planning on taking 50-60mg ED for the 12weeks. Also, a buddy of mine is getting rid of 50clen tabs at 40mg each and was debating on taking 120mg of the clen ED for last 2 weeks of my 12 week Anavar cycle. I am 6'0" 200lbs with a body fat percentage around 12-13%, I am looking to speed the fat loss in my mid-section mostly, arms and legs quite lean, while also hardening a little in the process. I am as big as I want to be, for now, so just want the hard ripped look. My diet is very clean, at around 2000kcal a day, 50%carb, 30%protein, 20%good fats. I am lifting full body 3 days a week and 2 days of HIIT in between, plus a swim on the weekends. So was just looking for advice on anything else I should do or if this 12week cycle is too much or not enough. Thanks and all feedback welcomed!

If you keep your diet tight and right you may not even need the CLEN the last 2 weeks. 120mcg is a whopping dose of CLEN so I would start lower and see what you can tolerate it.
