Sup Bros,
I have been cutting for the last few months with the help of eca stack.
I am down to 195 with maybe 11-12% BF
What is the best way to lift to maintain my muscle while shedding some fat?
I usually do:
Day 1: Chest
2: Back
3
ff
4: Legs
5: Shoulders
6: Arms
I have been super setting with abs in between excercises with short breaks to keep my heart rate up. My workout usually take about an hour, then do 30 minutes Low intensity cardio
I remember reading that HIIT should be treated as a workout in itself with food 1-2 hours before and PWO after. Lookin for some input there.
What is better for droppin body fat 30min LIIT or 15min HIIT cardio?
Can HIIT cardio be done right after lifting?
Should I consume a PWO shake after hitting the weights and before cardio?
Also, will be leaving for vacation in 2 weeks. Is it a good idea to cut all carbs out of my diet for last 2 weeks?
Am i doing this right?
My PWO meal is 50 grams whey and dex
Just lookin for some input from you guys.
ps i have been lifting for 6 years and not a noob.
I am a biology major so i know some of the science behind it.
