I eat everything in site but the thing that makes up most of my protein everyday is shakes and steaks, each 100G of round steak has 22g of protein so I get it bulk at the store and eat that everyday.. between that and the shakes I get a ton.. I eat potatoes,pizza, anything i want really because i do not ever gain any weight so I am not worried about fatty foods and what not.. I drink a lot of D milk as well.....
