Cutting to much?

weight is around 195 taking in min, 600 G's of protein daily, injured myself last week so have had to take time off at the gym..
 
I eat everything in site but the thing that makes up most of my protein everyday is shakes and steaks, each 100G of round steak has 22g of protein so I get it bulk at the store and eat that everyday.. between that and the shakes I get a ton.. I eat potatoes,pizza, anything i want really because i do not ever gain any weight so I am not worried about fatty foods and what not.. I drink a lot of D milk as well.....
 
U may have an over active thyroid...but never the less enjoy it bro. Not many ppl can eat all they want and lose fat.

Lucky bastards lol. Imagine if you were to clean up your diet? You would probably look ridiculous. I have to eat clean 24/7 and I still can't get the dry look I desire.
 
you are a lucky bastrd. but try eating every hour. Your body can only absurb a certain amount of protein in one sitting, i think 30 grams an hour. so even though you take a shake with 100grams or whatever most is not being used. but damn man i wish i had your problem
