Cutting. Put aas in to the game?

Hi everyone!

This is my first post on this board. I have been reading here for a couple of years now. Have been training serious for 4 years.
I weight about 95 kg at 176 cm (17% bf), 26 years old.

Now to my question:

I have been cutting for 11 weeks now without any AAS. Only using ephedra and coffein. My weight from start was 103 kg, and now 95 kg. Have lost 8 kg of mostly fat. My kcals have vary between 3200-3800 kcals / day. Have been eating about 300-360 g of protein, 100-200 g of carbs and about 80-100 g of fat / day. I´m at 17% bf right now, want to reach 11-12% bf.

Is it possible to lower my food intake and put AAS into the game to reach my goals in say 10 weeks? Have been looking for more information about cutting with AAS, but have not found what i´m looking for. Hope to get some answers on this board.

My english is not 100%, but hope i make my self understood. :-)

It is difficult to "cut weight" while on AAS.

It is however not difficult to "cut" or become more lean while on AAS.

I would suggest Oxandrolone at 30 MG / ED for 8 Weeks.

Keep calories relatively low, but protein and good fats high

(1-1.5 Grams Protein per lb. body weight). Keep Carbs under 30% of total calories.

The OX will help you maintain and increase muscle while leaning out at the same time.

Test and other AAS cause water retention and a more bloated look, which is why I prefer OX for getting lean or "cutting".
