i've asked before and i did a CKD diet for only 2 weeks. i was having a few problems getting my goals straight so i stopped and switched back to strength training. now i realize i REALLY have to lose a bit of fat.
now i know like 99% of this board is CKD fanatics, but i've heard conflicting opinions as far as CKD being a bodybuilder's cutting diet. my main goals would be to MAINTAIN mass and lose fat, as fast as possible. it's VERY important to keep nearly all the lean mass i have gained. on a CKD, i was sluggish and slow and workouts definately suffered.
should i go 40/30/30 or 50/30/20 or CKD? any bodybuilders here?
