Any ideas of what I can take? I'm 5'9, 199 lbs, 12% bodyfat. I'm taking tren and test right now, but haven't seen any results. Actually, I've gained 2 lbs. I'm trying to get down to about 180-185, but be completely ripped (I guess around 8-9% bodyfat). I do 30-45 min of cardio every morning, Mon-Fri, and lift in the afternoon 4 days a week. My diet is about 350 g of protein, 200 carbs, and 80 g of fat. I tried clen and cytomel a while back, but it gave me major migraines, they run in my family, so I had to get off of it. I think you have all the info you need on me. Any help would be appreciated.
