Hi guys,

I'm thinking of starting a cutting cycle (var, primo etc) along with HGH for 6 months.

I'm currently at 14% bf at 90kgs, 1.80m tall and want to go down to 7% bf while maintaining and maybe ADDING SOME lean muscle.

Are these expectations REALISTIC guys? What kind of results should I expect?

I just want a feedback on average what should I expect?

I'm not posting dosages but they will be moderate.

Welcome to EF, please post your stats and cycle history...

~EZ

Yeah! we need Age, cycle /trainin history this will better help us assist you.

Ok guys here are my stats...90kg at 1.80m with 14% bf

I did 2 cycles so far and I used so far cyp, enath, prop, eq, masteron, npp.i did test and eq at 600mgs and enatha + npp at 650mg

I want to rip down to 7% and gain a little bit of muscle, if possible.

What do u think guys?

Thanks,

It can be done! Use some good HGH, run the primo and var like you said, maybe a easy cutter like ECA stack and some T3 if you'd like, and some beastdrol to give you the dry gains. 6 months is a long time. You really have to get your diet and workout in order first of course since that is the most important. Not sure how old you are though and if the 2 previous cycles were big cycles or 3 weeks of 40mg winni lol.

Hi guys
My age is 26 and the 2 cycles I did were 15 weeks each.

1st cycle: week 1-15 cyp 600mg
Week 1-15 eq 500mg
2nd cycle: 1-15 enath 650mg
1-13 npp 600mg

Can you suggest some good cutting cycles for me that combine HGH too?

Please bear in mind that I'm highly prone to acne so I want to avoid steroids that have high chances of causing this (eg master on caused acne)

Thanks for ur help

At those dosages Id think anyone would get zits! Man you dove in the deep end with the juice when you started! Right into over a gram a week of multiple AAS...

Hopefully you do not do Primo and Var and get discouraged that its not going to blow you up like high doses of Test plus Eq or npp might have done you...

At your age, with your stats and goals you should be able to get where you want with a test cycle and THE RIGHT DIET & TRAINING...you're 1st 2 cycles were too much gear and no need fof HGH, more isn't always better................

~EZ

you wont get that much of a benifit from the GH at your age. You should work on your diet and cardio and will get there for sure. Just remember to eat but eat good.

Dude. Your 26.. No need for hgh. Get some knowledge on here n learn about the substances your using... Stop listening to Joe blow gym rat. Cause dont get me wrong, ur gonns be big, but you don't sound like you get checked regularly or get blood work. .... Dont be the biggest guy in the morgue or that guy that has a heart attack at 30...

What was you'r pct after the cycles..

How where too pinning your npp?

what's your diet like?

I would honedtly say use some of the other compounds available before going to hgh. Hgh should be a last resort... U need to learn that gains can be made with proper diet n training with basic supplement. Im 4 months of cycle n i'm still increasing weight when Im in the gym.

test prop- 100 Mg Ed wks 1-8
Tren ace-50 Mg Ed wks 1-8
Dbol- 30 mg Ed wks 1-4
Test prop-350mg wks 9-12
Anastrozole-12.5 Mg Ed wks 5-16
Clomid 50 Mg Ed wks 13-16
DAA- wks 13-20 3000 Mg min. ED
Post cycle/unleashed. Wks 13-16
Start pct 3 dUs after last test pin....

N u should gain insane strength... What I would do... Simple n plain.
Good luck
Johnny

why so bent upon using hgh, its expensive, not very effective on its own and the doses its effective on does cause side effects of its own. joint pain (carpal tunnel) and im sure there will be an increase in lean body mass but i doubt if much of that will be muscle, cartilage, bones and organs are a part of it too. if you think acne is a huge problem, research again. i think ud rather be better off on isotretinoin and test rather than growth for 6 months. the most it ll do for u is make u lose fat faster, but muscle gain i dont think so. if growth hormone was to make u gain muscle then women wouldve gained muscle pretty well, as they have a better response to exercise induced growth hormone levels and estrogen induces the secretion too, the reason they dont is testosterone.

My main goal from primo and var would be to cut down body fat and avoid losing muscle....if I gain a little bit muscle would be an extra...if it's possible

Do u have any good cutting cycles to propose with acne in check??

Also do u suggest cutting down to 12% with clen first for 6 wks and then doing the cycle?

Overall bf I want to lose is 7%...that's 6.5kgs for me

You have to read the previous posts, you cut down with diet and cardio not clen...

~EZ

Guys believe me I tried diet and cardio and I lost muscle too along with fat...I have to lean out for my muscle to look great and my physique to change considerably...diet and cardio will not be enough to preserve muscle...any help with a cutting cycle?

Diet & cardio...if you can't do that right AAS won't help you........

I know bro will take care of my diet and cardio for sure...IN ADDITION to these, how can I enhance my results further with AAS, T3 and clen?
Of course diet and cardio will be spot on but need something extra here...I need ur opinion on this please!

This guy sounds just like my bro. Only gear will get them where they wanna be. He thinks he needs to lose some weight? Fuck it clen or winny will do the trick. "man I need more mass! This gear just ain't enough. I'm gonna get some hgh" <--- his exact words. Stubborn and young. Won't listen to anyone. Just wants to get jacked quick.

If you do things correctly thats very attainable in 6 months.

Dude. I posted a beast cut cycle... I think the reason why your losing muscle mass doing cardio is because your not fueling body for your workouts. Your either doing your cardio at the wrong times or not using basic supplement to assist keeping your body anabolic. You need to research basic supplement n invest. Give 6 months of hardwork n see where u are..
U clearly dont know diet either dude. U need to eat to lose weight n u gotta eat to gain. read some logs... Best advice... Or if u drink. Take a nite, buy a 6 pack, n just sut at the comp n read tgread after thread. U dont understand something, research more....
Good luck..

Not trying to be a dick but tough love here again:

You keep asking the same question about a cutting cycle, what you need to understand is that if you fix your diet and train for your goals you don't need a cutting cycle...

I don't know why you keep asking the same question expecting a different answer

Cutting cycle?
How about you post your diet for a cutting cycle and then when your diet is where it should be someone will post a good cutting cycle.
There is no easy way to get ripped. Its freaking hard work. I feel sorry for you because I am now in my mid 40's and its freaking work to stay below 15% BF and to maintain 10% is a real lifestyle commitment. Not just a trip to the pharm. Just move to the jersey shore those guys juice up, eat like shit, drink and dope it up.

I echo these comments. theres no easy way out!

Last spring I was 7.5% BF via a dunk tank at 235 and 5'10...

I was on 150mg Test a week, thats it, I was actually playing around with a dose lower than my normal HRT (200mg week)....

I ate shitloads of meat, handfuls of BCAAs, EFAs, CLA throughout the day...

In the mornings I did sprints, sled drags, tire flips, sledge hammer swings, versa climber intervals....in the afternoon I did cleans, snatches, squat variations, bench press, chins, rows, other major barbell movments, and med ball circuits to polish the workout up...and went for long walks at night doing breathing and mental exercises of reflection and such....

Thats been my best cutting cycle yet....Im about to do a blast, but I bet I wont get down to 7.5% BF again unless I train as smart as I did last year, rest well, and supplement well, and keep carbs out of my fat face....and live primarily off meat and veggies...

there is the cutting cycle you keep asking for....even if clen, T3, Tren and whatever else "cut you up" but you didnt do the diet and training right, you will end up right where you started or even chubbier, more depressed, and more frustrated, and possibly screw up your natural hormones too in the process....

what do you need to be so ripped for anyways? Are you a competitive BB? Is that what this is for? If so you are screwed because those dudes live seriously disciplined lifestyles as far as I know...otherwise if you are just trying to look good, take the slow and steady road my friend...

You're on the right track.....but too many shakes.....what's the quantity of foods? How are they prepared?

Funny I was thinking of this thread while in traffic....another variable to consider, dude maybe youre just not meant to be cut up or ripped like you want....we all have different genetics and we cannot copy any workout, nutrition, or AAS cycle plan and end up how we envision we should look or wanna look like someone else etc...

I would stick to a solid diet and training program for a long period of time before you worry about hitting cycles and try to dial yourself in without any juice....then hit the juice for finishing touches and blasts a few times a year knnowing you have everything else dialed in...otherwise you are gonna be chasing your tail

Since you're too freaking lazy to read my link on post 16 i'll spell it out for you.

so you're hitting the weights hard but after a few months you get discourage because there hasn't been much change in your body, the first thing that comes to mind is "steroids" NO NO NO! Forget it!!!Why? Because you're doing something wrong that even steroids will not cure, the most anabolic substance you can put in your body is FOOD!But what food? Here i'm going to list 20 superfoods you can eat to burn fat and build soild muscle.
To build muscle & lose fat, you need a variety of proteins, veggies, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. Eating protein helps building & maintaining muscle. But it also helps fat loss: protein has a higher thermic effect than carbs/fats.

Eating fats also helps fat loss: your body holds fat if you don’t eat fats. Fruits & veggies contain vitamins & minerals, necessary for recovery from your workouts. And carbs fuel your muscles so you feel full of energy at the gym.

Lots of you struggle to get these foods. Sometimes because you’re too busy or sometimes because you just lack information. This list will help you — 20 super foods you need to build muscle & lose fat.

1. Whole Eggs. Cheap & rich source of protein: 7g/egg. The yolk contains most nutrients: half the protein, vitamins A/D/E and cholesterol to naturally increase your testosterone levels.

Don’t worry about cholesterol in eggs. Dietary cholesterol isn’t bound to blood cholesterol. If you have bad cholesterol, lower your body fat rather than throwing the yolk away.

2. Fish oil. Reduces inflammation (joints/skin), lowers body fat and increases testosterone levels. You need 9000mg EPA/DHA per day. Since you’ll probably struggle to get that from eating fatty fish, consider a fish oil supplement.

3. Wild Salmon. One of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids that also gets you 20g protein per 100g serving. Farm raised salmon is, however, omega-3 deficient: it’s corn/grain fed. Go with wild salmon.

4. Berries. Strong antioxidants that prevent cancer, heart & eye diseases. Any kind works: cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. Buy fresh or frozen berries and mix with oatmeal.

5. Yogurt. Contain bacteria that improve your gastrointestinal health. Don’t buy frozen yogurt or yogurt with added sugar and fruits at the bottom. Get plain low fat yogurt. Eat it with berries & flax seeds.

6. Flax Seeds. Source of fiber, protein & omega-3. Grind the flax seeds to get the most out of them. Take 1 tbsp with yogurt & berries before going to bed. Stay away from flax oil: it’s unstable and contains no fiber.

7. Extra Virgin Olive oil. 70% monounsaturated fats that protect against heart diseases and cancer. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil to your salads. Buy Extra Virgin Olive oil: it contains more polyphenols and tastes better.

8. Mixed Nuts. Contain mono- & polyunsaturated fats, proteins, fiber, vitamin E, zinc, potassium, magnesium, etc. Mixed nuts are caloric dense, great if you’re a skinny guy who wants to gain weight.

Anything works: almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, … Peanut butter also works as long as you buy natural peanut butter without added salts/sugars.

9. Red Meat. Protein, vitamin b12, heme iron, zinc, creatine, carnosine and even omega-3 if you eat grass-fed beef. Eat steaks & hamburgers from top round or sirloin. Read Dr. Lonnie Lowery’s article on Meat.

10. Broccoli. High in cancer-fighting phytochemicals and anti-estrogenic indoles. Broccoli is also high in soluble fiber and low calorie, helping fat loss. Eat other cruciferous vegetables for a change: cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower, kale, …

11. Spinach. One of the most alkaline foods. Spinach prevents muscle & bone loss, but also cancer and heart diseases because of its high nutrient profile. Try one of the spinach recipes I shared a while back.

12. Turkey. If you don’t believe saturated fat is good for you, try white turkey. The leanest beef has about 4.5g saturated fat/100g, while white turkey has close to 0g (that why it’s so dry). Eat turkey with spinach & quinoa.

13. Quinoa. South American “king of grains”. Quinoa is higher in fiber & protein than rice or oats, tastes a lot better and is gluten free. Buy the whiter grain, it’s better quality. Eat it post workout with meat & spinach.

14. Oats. Reduce cholesterol, provide you with low-gi carbs for energy, and high in soluble fiber. Try this post workout shake of whey & oats.

15. Tomatoes. High in lycopene, which prevents cancer. The lycopene in tomato paste is 4 times more bioavailable than in fresh tomatoes. Have pizza or pasta with tomato sauce & olive oil post strength training.

16. Oranges. Vitamin C to fight diseases, magnesium to lower blood pressure, anti-oxidant beta-carotenes, etc. Quit drinking processed orange juice which often has added sugars. Eat oranges or make your own orange juice.

17. Apples. Pectin in apples helps weight loss by increasing satiety. Apples are also the strongest antioxidiant after cranberries (eat the peels). Unfortunately apples are one of the most pesticide-contaminated fruits. Go organic.

18. Carrots. Their huge vitamin A content improves eye-health, especially night vision. Carrots are also rich in fiber, low calorie and taste good, even raw.

19. Water. Your body holds water if you don’t drink enough. Drinking prevents water retention, helps muscle recovery and prevents dehydration from strength training. Get a brita filter and drink 2 cups of water with each meal.

20. Green Tea. Strong antioxidant and natural diuretic. Green tea also speeds up fat loss, prevents cancer and improves blood sugar & circulation. Drink green tea in the morning instead of coffee. Real green tea, not the teabags.

Putting it All Together. Eat proteins, veggies, fruits & fats every 3 hours. 2 cups water with each meal. Carbs post workout only. You will Get stronger in the meanwhile and you’ll build muscle.

Follow this to a "T" and you'll start seeing some dramatic changes!
