i am doing tt deca once a week, 50mg v everyday (mexivet)... weights and cardio 5 days / week. cardio 1 hour per day empty stomach. eca stack 3x/day. should i do less V (1 eod)?; or should i add 1 or 2 amps of primo every week? or keep it the same? PS. STRONG AS HELL RIGHT NOW. carbs are under 150g / day/ protein is approx 225-250g/day.
