Cutting Cycle Advice Please.....

Starting my cycle at start of feb for 12 weeks and was looking at the following....

600 mg test prop - 200 mg x 3 weekly
300 mg tren ace - 100 mg x 3 weekly
50 mg oral win ed
50 mg proviron ed

26 yrs old, been training for 5 years, 2nd cycle

just looking for some feedback on the cycle and on my training split...

Monday - Chest

Flat Bench
Decline DB Bench
Incline Flys
Pullovers
Pressups

Tuesday - Arms

Ez bar curls ss with overhead tricep extension
Seated bar curls ss with french press
single arm db curls
Tricep pushdowns

30 mins x-trainer cardio

Wednesday - off

30 mins x-trainer cardio

Thursday

Legs/Shoulders

Squats
Leg Press
Calf raises
HAmstring Curl
Leg Extension
Reverse lat raises face forward on bench
Lat raises
Military press

Friday-Back

Bent Over Row
Seated Row
Close Grip Pulldowns
Single Arm Row

Saturday - Arms - same as Tuesday

30 mins x-trainer cardio

not all exercises are in order, seems to be working so far, rep range for legs is 3 x 12, and for everything else 3 x 8

When my 12 week cycle starts in feb cardio will be as follows...

4 days 30 mins x 3 wks
4 days 40 mins x 3 wks
5 days 35 mins x 3 wks
5 days 40 mins x 3 wks

My diet is as follows

2400 kcals
150 gms fat
245 gms protein
12 gms carbs

been on this for nearly 3 weeks, doing a clean carb up once a week fri pm til sat pm, ots of clean carbs, low fat to help prevent gluconeogenesis.

Weight at end of cycle 10 weeks ago - 229
Weight at start of diet 2 weeks ago - 219
Weight now - 214

id drop the tren 2 weeks before the test. it'll make recovery alot better. ive ran winstrol for 7 weeks max, my joints couldnt take it anymore, but besides that, it made me hard as a rock. i think you should do 8 weeks max of winstrol and that should be the last 8 weeks of your cycle so start winstrol at week 5.
 
Ideally I would be pinning the Tren and Prop ED. I have problems with Tren when I do not run ED so something to keep in mind if you have not run Tren before. Run the Tren last 8 weeks of cycle and drop winny dose to 30mgs/ED and run for same 8 week period.

Have some thoughts on your training split but your probably better posting that in the training forum rather than here.
 
sorry, was planning on running the proviron throughout cycle but winnie for last 6-8 weeks only, didnt make that too clear.

also stopping the tren at week ten as nomak posted as i know it can shut u down pretty bad.

in terms of the ed pinning, i know it may help keep blood levels more stable, but i would prefer to do eod.

do you think this will be a problem?

the prov is more for sex drive than anything else really

I'd change a few things about the workout:

1. wouldn't train arms the day B4 or after back
2. wouldn't train arms the day B4 or after chest
3. Cutting? Lotsa supersets
4. Alternate your off days/don't always take the same day of he week off...

no i appreciate any feedback, thanks for your input.

i may have a look at rejigging the order then.

i do normally have a rest day every week and i have just put wed as an example, but trust me it NEVER ends up being the same day every week!
