cutting after my mass cycle???????

i plan on doing a mass cycle consisting of:
500mg sust for 10 wks
300mg deca for weeks 1-5
25mg dbol for weeks 1-6
75mg of fina ed for weeks 5-10
my question is with all the water retention would anyone suggest i do a cutting cycle right after it?? here are my thoughts:
$150 worth of crack ed for weeks 1-5
$300 worth of heroin ed for weeks 3-10

i am hoping to get down to 4% bodyfat and to loose at least 26 of my 32 teeth!!!!
do you guys think i should chop up the crack and shoot it with the heroin or should i smoke both???? any suggestions????? thanx for your help!!!
