I usually find 21 days on and 7 off very effective, with lots and lots of cardio.

at the moment, none at all. I'm just using t3 (cytomel) and ephedrine to which i'm starting to taper off. currently i'm on week 4 and taking 25mg per day (morning before breakfast) and on week 5 I'm dropping that amount down to 12.5mg per day

I was looking at the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for clen max 4 or 5 per day and during the 2 weeks off, I was going to be looking at the ECA stack for the most part.

I've been doing basic cardio 7x per week for 60-65 minutes per day averaging 135-140 BPS (i'm 33). weights 4x per week with very little to no rest between sets (well at least to sip a bit of water or change the weight).

Between the T3 and the cardio you should be dropping weight (maybe some muscle too :( )..Make sure your diet is in check as that is key to dropping BF..
 
so far after plateauing at 194lbs for about a month and being on t3 for a month now, i've only lost 8lbs to date. below is my diet.

sample diet:

1/3 cup of dry oats boiled in 2/3 cups of water with cinnamon
8 raw egg whites
1 multi vitamin/mineral

ISO whey protein shake mixed in 8 ounces of water and glutamine mixed in 4 ounces of water after training

4 oz extra lean hamburger grilled, 8oz grilled chicken, and 1/2 cup of streamed rice

ISO whey protein shake mixed in 8 ounces of water and 1 can tuna

8oz grilled haddock fish and 1 cup streamed frz veggies (green beans, onions, and brocolli)

ISO whey protein shake mixed in 8 ounces of water and 1 can tuna

bedtime 8 raw egg whites

I comsume on average 4-5 liters of water daily

You have good protein sources..Kinda low on the carbs for me (looks like about 50g)..Just a quick suggestion i would consume carbs directly after your workout..Also i dont see any EFA's?? Best thing would be to post this in the diet section youll get better feedback there..
 
Whats up Dimi, like Radar Mentioned Diet is really going to determine if your ripped or not for summer. You still have some time to get that bf% down. That results will depend on how determined and how important your goal is. I wouldn't use the clen for now but save it for when you come off your cycle. Your "Supplements" Will that you mentioned will help you get ripped faster then if you weren't on anything at all.

As for your stack:
100mg prop Eod 1 - 10
300mg Deca Week 1-10
300 - 400mg EQ week 1 - 10

Reason why I recommended the above is because your going to look to really maintain muscle, I would take some Arimidex to keep off any bloat you might get from that stack.

For your recovery you can use the clen to help you a bit, and harden up some more. As far as a diet goes Follow Mr.X CKD diet in the diet discussion board, It will most certaintly be very very gruelling especially if your new to no carb diets but you will get excellent results. You can find some great diet info on www.mmsfitness.com, great website courtesy of Mr.X.

i got my bf% today and it was 18.48%, going to try to get it down to at least 14%....
i swear i could feel the sweat pooring down my forehead just thinking about it :)
 
Too little of everything, IMO.

Suggestion:
Deca 200-400mg week 1-10
EQ 200-400mg week 1-10
Prop 250-500mg week 1-8
Clen 3 days on, 1 day off, between 4 to 12 tabs a day
(each tab has 0.02mg)
