I'm 5'9'' 170lbs 10.5% bodyfat. I want to add a good 15lbs of muscle was wondering if someone had any ideas? I'll probably cut to twice a week cardio 20-30min sessions, workout 6 days a week now (sun-legs,mon-chest&tri,tues-back&bi,wen-shoulders&calf,thurs-tri&chest,fri-bi&back). Let me know.
