I'm 5'9'' 170lbs 10.5% bodyfat. I want to add a good 15lbs of muscle was wondering if someone had any ideas? I'll probably cut to twice a week cardio 20-30min sessions, workout 6 days a week now (sun-legs,mon-chest&tri,tues-back&bi,wen-shoulders&calf,thurs-tri&chest,fri-bi&back). Let me know.
 
#1 is your diet in check?
#2 is your training great with proper sleep / recovery?
#3 how long have you been stuck at this wall of development?

if you think you've hit your genetic potential then TEST UP. If not, then don't as your body wont be the same and you COULD be in your prime.
 
I like doing back and tris on the same day and bis and chest on the same day. I used to do it your way but I think this way is better. you get a pump from front to back it keeps the bloodflowing all around. good for you and evern better if you juiceing
