curious,lifting when wake or bed?

I would prefer to train in the late/afternoon/early evening, but my work schedule does not allow for that.
I train at noon, about 2 hours after I get up. (I work swing shift.)
 
430 am for me today and for the next 3 months.......Lovin it....done by 530, slam a shake..wait an hour..slam some tuna and oats.....and from there, it's just working in the office and refueling for tomorrow...how could it be any better? Maybe I'll swing back around 5 tonight and walk on the treadmmill to losen up......
