curious,lifting when wake or bed?

Just curious.Which is better?Heres what I figure.If you lift a hour or 2 after waking(I always eat a meal first,and let my food settle)
then you would have the whole day to eat and supply yourself with proteins right? but if you lifted at night,hour or two before bed,then you could still eat your protein after like always,and sleep and get the beneficial stuff from sleeping.

I personally lift soon after I wake,and nap in afternoon for an hour or two.

Does it matter which you do?Would there be any benefit from night lifting or wake lifting?

I am just curious,I try to get the best of my efforts.
 
yup, I train at 430am for 1/4 of the year and 500pm the only 3/4....because of my schedule and tax season........whatever works.........

I train in the evenings between 5-8pm(ish). I prefer it because I dont feel the early morning tirdness, Im not then nakerd all day from my workout, and I can recover in my own sweet time. Also it means I get a meal and a shake b4 bed.
 
but say you gotta walk around the school allll dayyyy and you just hit a heavy squat work out in the morning. ouch.
 
I generally feel better throughout the day if I work out in the AM. Having said that, I prefer working out at night; if I'm tired, I can take a nap beforehand to recharge, make sure my food intake is good beforehand, etc.

I really don't think that one is better than the other though, it is just a matter of personal preference.
 
Worse thing is heavy legs at night and going to bed afterwards...talk about pain when you wake....that acid just sits all night......I'd much rather walk around all day...lol......
