Cup of black coffee before AM cardio.....???

I always have my cup of (very black) coffee before any cardio session.

it gives me more energy
and delays the feeling of tiredness

Beneficial of course....coffee usually staves off the hunger and fatigue during dieting.

thsi would be good for me b/f am cardio....? I'm not allowed touse ECA stack till closer to the show and I just took it for 1.5 weeks and I just quit ...it was so hard to do cardio this morning!!

Mr. X ....about the caffeine giving an insulin spike ? it does that?

First, I don't see why you can't do ECA, that's ludicrous, but that's a different story. Yes, just take it before the cardio, it should help :)
