Nothing with eyes or headaches or nosebleeds yet. Might bump the halo to 20mg per day if things keep going well this week. eating plenty of fish and drinking lots of water to keep choleterol somewhere below the stratosphere. I'm limiting my red meat at this point to maybe twice a week. lots of chicken and fish.
