Croc shoes...anyone got a pair?

I used to think those were the stupidest looking things ever. They wore me down til I bought a pair. Love 'em. I'm already scouting a second pair of yellow Cayman's. I need some more Birks too.

Those are so ugly.....I know they are suppose to be comfortable but I wouldn't know anything about that....I wear shoes for looks not comfort. :)
 
Im buying a pair asap comfort trumps style for me,hell I wear a pair of old cowboy boots most of the time and dont give two shits how I look

But with my trip coming up, I was thinking of getting a pair to wear casually on the boat.

Hell they are only $25. You can wear them and throw them out later without having to repack them.

Are they as comfortable as everyone says? Don't you have to buy a size smaller since you are wearing them without socks and mostly open in the back? Smaller size helps them stay on the foot.

The originals only come in med, large, etc. The Caymans are narrower and come in actual number sizes.
 
I rocked them in late high school/early college....in my very gaudy/flashy rapper stage.

weren't the most comfortable, but they were pretty pimp.

i probably wouldn't wear them again though...

I have a friend that I play cards with that is black and owns like every color.
But I don't think he knows he is black...lol...he hangs out with mostly white people and married a white girl.
He was the only black dude I have ever seen wear these ugly ass shoes...he will even were 2 different color ones

the very 1st time I saw someone wearing them at Wal-Mart and I remember thinking .... what in the hell where they thinking when they bought those ugly ass shoes!!! :evil:

Seriously.

I tried on a friend's pair of crocs and they are, indeed, as comfortable as they are ugly. And they are hideous.
 
they make a nice pair that has a strong sole for street walking

Yep, and they now have them in sandal form.
 
i own them in pink, green, light blue, and a butter yellow, plus blue flip flops (except the toe thing is a bit thick).

i try telling anyone who wants to know that they are the most comfortable shoes ever made, but they never believe me until they try them on.
 
They really are the most comfortable shoes ever. It's like walking on air. But GAWD they are ugly as heck.
 
no but the last time I was in mexico I almost bought some cowboy boots with rattlesnake heads at the toe... for when I get drunk enough to pretend I'm Walker, Texas Ranger and throw cool drunk-ass karate kicks in a bar fight... or alone in the street whil I'm stumbling home just before the cops roll on me... an it would also be kinda cool when you're gettin released and they hand you back "one pair of rattle snake head cowboy boots"!! long story short... I didn't buy 'em :rolleyes:

Someone told me to buy stock in the company who makes them a while ago & I wasn't smart enough to listen.
 
People who work in hospitals swear by them. I don't wear them as my job in the hospital requires a little more than just walking around. The reason they are so popular in a hospital setting is because you can soak them in bleach water, let them bake in the sun and it removes all bacteria.
