some of you know me and know my schedule, but for those that don't. I'm on a sleep every 36 hours or so schedule. I work nights and I'm a full time student (trying to get into medical school). I've been out of the gym for around a year, and I'm getting back in now. I've already started back training (will post a log later). I have around 25lbs to re-proportion. Here goes:

Supplements

MVM every morning
Glucorell as needed
Potassium @99mg every morning (clen)
CoQ10 120mg 2qd
Tocotrienols at lunch 50mg
MSM 2grams 2qd
Flax oil 1.5oz with breakfast
Niacin @ 250mg 2qd
omega3/6/9 @1250mg mid afternoon
glucosamine/chondroitin @1200mg/800mg every morning. (may take 2qd)


on nights that I work, I'm going to up my intake of glucorell with every meal and take extra CoQ10 before I go to work.

My cycle (starting today)

25mg qd winny tabs 10 weeks
100mg qd prop 6 weeks
tren qd 75mg 10 weeks
clen at 20,40,60,80,100,100,100,80,80,60,40,20,20

dostinex .5mg q2d
nolva (if needed)
adex if i start to bloat

I've taken tren and winny before. (done another couple cycles also)

post suggestoins.
 
I would use winstrol at a minimum of 50mg daily. I don't think you are doing much at 25mg except wasting it.

If you can handle tren, 10 weeks seems still like a long time. Tren totally killed my appetite and made me feel lousy. Not sure why you are stopping prop at week 6 while continuing to run tren.

I would run prop/tren together all ten weeks. Of course if you use a longer ester test, you will eliminate the need to stick prop ED.

Supplement wise, all I can recommend is Gluco-R. The rest I have no real extensive experience with.

However I have to wonder how you are going to recovery when you are not getting much sleep? Training isn't enough without the recovery necessary to go along with it.

I understand about sleeping. There isnt much I can do right now about that. I graduate this May, then I will get plenty of rest. I'm just a big fan of prop. Both my previous serious cycles have included tren, and it didnt do much but make me not sleep well. Would you recommend putting some cyp instead of prop? I can make the prop last ten weeks.
