im goin old fashioned with clomid and hcg also post cycle....


right now im about 228lbs. too much fat for me but im going to gain anyways.

debating on whether or not to take some slin with it.


my training is going to be 5x5 training 4-5 days a week. i dont plan on doing much cardio, but i do play some intramural sports and i really like to play tennis.

i need some suggestions on letrazole dosages.
my goal is to weigh about 255-60 when i get done. hopefully a healthy dose of letrozole will keep some water off me, i know ill gain a fair amount anyways. I stretch before and after every workout


heres my diet....

I take nutrilite vitamins 2x ed also

breakfast

7 egg whites 2 yolks
2 tortillas
1/4 c cheese
vitamins


mid morning

2/3 c oatmeal
3 scoops protein
1/3 c milk powder
ice
around 8 oz h20
sugar free syrup (just for taste of course)

lunch

either 10 oz chicken breast or lean beef
6 oz brown rice
8oz mixed vegetables (the flash frozen ones)

mid afternoon (pre workout)

same shake as morning

after workout... guess it depends on whether i take slin or not
but for sure

a shake with a good deal of sugar in it, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, and 2g msm.

dinner

8oz vegetables
10 oz chicken
brown rice or sweet potato
vitamins
a shake sometime before bed or some ff cottage cheese

a couple of things...

i'm no longer a deca fan, it shuts you down too hard and you're too young for that bro, you just don't need that headache at your age...so i'd highly recommend sust/eq if that's what you're working with. how much eq were you planning on running?

forget slin if you're carrying a moderately high bf. man you can go from 15 to 20% bf in a heart beat on that stuff. just hold off on that bro, wait until your bf is way down. also, what slin were you planning on using? just be very careful if you don't take my advice brother.

use any anti-e sparingly bro, use only what you need. so start low and only increase if you feel you really need it.

i'd suggest a light warm up before your workout and stretching after you're very warmed up bro, like after your last set of an exercise.

your diet has a fair amount of carbs in it, when you're looking to cut, that has some room for improvement imo.

Dude, you are going to be a bulky strong, possibly bloated, BEAST! If that is what you want, looks good.
 
What is your total carb intake going to be? I don't see any healthy fats either. Also, you might want to replace the deca or eq with fina starting at week 6.
