Critique this diet, please...

My goal is to maintain current strength and bodyweight of 200lbs, while cutting from 15% to 10% bf. Up until this diet, I have been eating like crap. I plan on starting a Eq/Test En/A-dex stack for 10 weeks soon.

3800-4000 calories
375-400g protein
250-300g carbs
110-130g of fat

This is split up among 8 meals. Almost all of my fat comes from flax oil or animal fats. Most carbs are consumed before 4PM.
What do you guys think?

If you're trying to cut down, that's a bit TOO much calories:
try this:
300g protein /day
200g carbs/ day
100g fat / day
this runs about 2900cal which is around weight x 14.5 for you, it's a tad high, but you would have to incorporate cardio to help anything in this situation.

Thanks for the help. On the diet you posted, would I be vulnerable to losing strength and muscle as well? I know I'm trying to do 2 things at once, but I also know it can be done. I'm not looking for overnight abs, but I also don't want to waste my cycle because I'm not taking in enough cals. I also run sprints at least 2x/week and usually a light cardio once/week. Karma for you...

I doubt you will lose muscle or strenght, for you are eating fairly high over BMR calories. You should be fine..........

How does this look Mr. X:

Calories = 3150
Protein = 375
Carbs = 255
Fat = 65

Is this more what you had in mind?

Again, if you're trying to drop bodyfat, that's too many calories. Drop to 2900 or below, I would think at 200lbs. your best and most effective fat loss would come at around 2400cal.
