Critique Routine

Try this:
Mon-Chest/Tris
Tue-Back/Traps
Wed-Off.
Thur-Delts/Bis.
Fri-Legs/Abs.
Sat-Off.
Sun-Off.

Do abs more than once a cycle too. Try every other day. Also, no need to work forearms. Do it on back day with your deads... work on static holds after... thats all you need.
 
Here is the ultimate mass building routine:

Day 1 - OFF
Day 2 - Chest and Arms
Day 3 - OFF
Day 4 - Legs and Abs
Day 5 - OFF
Day 6 - Back and Delts
Day 7 - OFF
Day 8 - repeat cycle

Plenty of rest and will prevent overtraining
 
Yes i know i could give those routines a try....but my question was more less do u see anything wrong with my routine? I will do abs EOD wiz as i was going to anyway. I don't really work the forearms anyway i usually just give them a little pump with a couple quick sets of behind the back wrist curls till failure, And there is no way i can see overtraining in my routine Each bodypart once a week is sensible isn't it?......Anywat Peace.:frackal:
