Do abs more than once a cycle too. Try every other day. Also, no need to work forearms. Do it on back day with your deads... work on static holds after... thats all you need.
Yes i know i could give those routines a try....but my question was more less do u see anything wrong with my routine? I will do abs EOD wiz as i was going to anyway. I don't really work the forearms anyway i usually just give them a little pump with a couple quick sets of behind the back wrist curls till failure, And there is no way i can see overtraining in my routine Each bodypart once a week is sensible isn't it?......Anywat Peace.
