Critique my pics

i'd say hit the cardio, bring down the BF % and do something about getting more cut up, and you'll be scary as F. You already seem to have the size/mass on you all you need is to work on defining it...

Not bad, some mass there. Cut up a bit and get a tan and you'll look even better.


Yeah looks like you have a farmer's tan you need to get rid of... LOL
 
Bro,...you look good but I say fuck the cut and the gut and build....your good size bro that's for sure,...but there's always room for improvement...keep up the hard work.
 
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I am 27, 240lbs. I have done one short cycle of sus at 500mg/wk for six weeks. That is all I have done, but now I am getting ready to do a much bigger cycle. I was thinking sus 1g/wk for 10 weeks, eq 600mg/wk for 12 weeks, and maybee even throwing in some winny and fina. I wouldn't mind being bigger, but losing bf is my number one goal. I am also a powerlifter, so any strength gains would be greatly apprieciated. Give me some cycle advice. Thanks bros.
 
yeah bro...you got good size...as everyone else said all you need is to lower you BF%

Good stuff bro, the only improvement that I can see with your frame would be more mass on the anterior and posterior deltoids, also more mass and thickness in the traps. Other than that which has been mentioned by other with regards to you bodyfat%... You have got something good on the go!!! Keep up the great work.
 
Yes you have bodyfat, so what. If I were you I would bulk up and don't quit bulking until your ready to cut weight. You have some mass nice traps but it looks like you could use some size in the arm department. Keep up the good work.
 
Hey man, you got great size. I would now work on shaping it some more. I would put some empahsis on shoulders and traps. Some hyperextenions for your lower back would not hurt either.
