6'4 240lbs 15-18%BF
WKS 1-10 500mg sust...(monday-thursday shots of 250mg)
WKS 1-10 300mg deca
WKS 1-4 30mg DBOL ED
considering front loading the sust...not sure how much to take and for how long.......
have nolva on hand if and when nips get puffy..will run 20mg ED
Propecia and Nizoral for hairloss
TREX/Clen 2weeks alternating for the whole cycle....plus during PCT
another question is...is it wise to add HCG halfway thru and if so how much and how long should i run it....i have my pct all set up...but i hear allot about mid cycle HCG......
Going to do 30-40 minutes morning cardio..and a my normal workout routine 6 days a week.... (each muscle twice a week)
Diet will be lean....100 grams of carbs...
2500-3000 calories......i know it sounds kinda low but looking to drop some BF and get stronger....not looking for huge amounts of muscle mass.......any input is appreciated......
