Critique my May cycle!

Deca: 400mg wks 1-15
Mast 400mg wks 1-16
Dbol: 60mg wks 1-5
Methyl tren: 750mcg wks 15-18
Aromasin 12.5mg Ed wks 1-indefinite
Hcg: 500iu twice a wk starting week 3

PCT: 8 weeks long in total with serms being used for first 4 weeks

Diet:
250g protein
500g carbs
130g fats


Goal is obviously to bulk. If I need to cut fat, I just drop cals to maintanence

Yea i'd jack the Eq for 600mg Mast. I think it works sweet with Deca.. Or 600mg Primo... I'm just not a big fan of Eq, u want an appetite increase? add some peptides :evil:

Peps don't increase my appetite.
Eq is safe, makes you look hard and vascular, increases appetite and endurance while being anabolic. I like those pluses.

I don't think it does much for endurance. I'd say Masteron blows it for vascularity. If u like eq go for it I just think there's better steroids that's all bro.

Is mast about same price usually as eq? I may change my mind then. I know mast is great at keeping water low and gyno at bay.
 
There's more to be gained from the synergy of test, deca, and mast.

EQ is just another anabolic component to a cycle already lacking a dht.
 
Mast eliminates Deca bloat!!! It really does work beautifully with Deca. It's more expensive than eq most of the time.. but not like Primo prices.

why not start hcg before week 8? if anything take a 4 week break in the middle of ur cycle but run it from the get go IMO

Test doesn't do jack shit to me other than libido and gyno. Test don't give me strength or size... So that's just a base. Nothing else. I don't even count test.
 
100 mgs eod was sweet I'm doing it 700 mgs a week this time around gonna be a walking boner :evil:
 
test not doing shit = your levels were probably high enough natty to make gains...
80mg dbol is too much imo...
all this gear and only 250g of protein?... seems low to me...
good choice on subbing mast for the eq though...
if you get in more protein this will be a killer cycle... i dont think its too much, besides the dbol amount... methyl tren would be better subbed with inject tren too... but i dont know a lot about it so that is an assumption they give similar results...

Add in epi and I start to increse leg and arm size while losing stomach fat. I know test dont do jack.

80mg of dbol may seem like a lot, but I know plenty that run it at 100 and love it.

should be eating at least 1.5 grams per lb of BW. Id go 2 tho.
You would definitly gain off test if you ate a ton of protein, 250 is measly

I hear some people say 1g per lb, some say 1.2g per kg, some say 1.5g per lb of lean mass.. Shit, my dad gained 10lbs lean in 8 weeks on 150g of protein or less per day.. I dont think anyone has the exact answerto the question. I will try to get 300g of protein in. im already brok.. preparing to be super broke..
 
the most weight I've ever gained on any cycle was 20 solid lbs and I was on winny only the only thing I ate in abundance was carbs I believe mega dosing protein is over rated most people focus to much on it and don't feed their bodies with enough fuel for glycogen retention

i was reluctant to do this... but in 2 weeks on this diet i was growing well before the cycle even started...
usualy i ate lots of pizza and burritos... still got in 1.5xbw in grams of protein... i am a powerlifter and never really cared to train for looks, as when i cycle i lean out very well without dieting...
but this diet is kicking ass...

Personally I would not use that many compounds, rather keep it as simple as possble but your choice. If youre bulking why use Mast? From my experience Mast is better if you have very low BF% (regardless of Deca use)other wise I would not use it and save it for later. PCT 8 weeks, ok but I suggest you get BW before and After, get something for prolactin in case you need it.

Its bullshit that Masteron only works if ur bf is low enough... Obviously u will look better on Mast with a lower body fat, as u will on ANY steroid. That doesn't mean it won't work if ur above 12%... add Mast with Deca and what u'll get is a much better quality cycle.

I am always about 8-10% bf throughout the year. SO I believe my bf is low enough. and thats from a dxa scans. Mast will keep me dry during deca, test. Too many compounds? No, I think it is a good amount. 3 injectables and a kickstart with an end hardener. Again, test has no positive effect on me, so the deca, dbol and mast with diet will be my saving grace.

I agree 100 percent.....I'm on 500mg test e and 400 mg of masteron e and I'm loving it! I want to add some deca in my next cycle forsure ....I'm also taking in about 300g of protein a day and think that it's a good amount for me atleast
 
the reason ppl think that is because they aren't using enough i mean think about it the average person uses 350 mgs of mast a week now what kinda crazy results would you get on 350 mgs of anything besides tren? as an ai hardener and keeping you dry on any compund while not killing gains or libido mast is unbeatable bump it up to higher doses and it will really shine for lean gains and strength... im about to run 700-800 mgs a week
 
what are your stats?

a good bulker is 500 test, 300-400 deca (depending on your weight), 30mg dbol. running deca for 8 weeks and test for 11 weeks. dbol for 3-4 weeks. the cycle you are running is for someone who is competitively bodybuilding and doesn't care if they wreck their HPTA. the cycle I outlined is enough for a gym rat to get very good mass and strength.

deca esthers linger for a long time. running it 15 weeks is like running it 20+ weeks. and then running tren towards the end also. your HPTA will be fried my friend.. I would re-think this cycle unless you don't care and are planning on HRT anyway. I applaud you for running a long PCT but it will be a rough recovery on this cycle... very very fun while on and very very sucky after.
 
gamer, i saw ur post about bad cholesterol numbers so what are you gonna' do differently this time to keep the numbers better
