I hear that to go over board on protein is a waste, that your body can only process so much in a days time. What are your thoughts. I can bump to 300g of protein but I dont want it to be wasteful.
I gained on epi on my last cycle at the tail end of cycle but not on the middle test only portion. Test gives me gyno, slowly sheds my hair, makes me horny. No size or strength from it at 500mg a wk. Add in epi and I start to increse leg and arm size while losing stomach fat. I know test dont do jack.
80mg of dbol may seem like a lot, but I know plenty that run it at 100 and love it.
