i've been workin out seriously, intensely, dedicatedely, focusedly, crunkedly and all that shit for about 3 months now with the same diet and supplementation for the most part..... Over the past three months i've went from 209 to 228 (6'3" btw) on this regimen, so im pretty happy but i know there's room for improvement and im open to suggestions, im not looking to compete or anything serious so im not willing to get much more complicated with my diet but i am wondering if i could utilize my supplementation differently for better results..... here's an example of what i did today:
Wake-up
Unleashed 3 caps
meal 1:
6 omega-3 eggs, 2 whole wheat toasts, bowl oatmeal
Meal 2:
2-3 servings natural yogurt, 40g protein shake, handful or 2 of mixed nuts
Pre-Workout
30min before USP jack3d, right before walkin out 4 gear capsules
Post-Workout
MHP Dark Matter (waximaize), 4 caps gear
1 Hr Post-workout:
PF Big blast
Meal 3 (2-2.5 hrs post-work out):
1.5 shredded chicken breats, brown rice, green beans
Meal 4:
3-4 servings 2% cottage cheese, 3 servings natural apple sauce
Meal 5:
bowl of wheaties and raisins, 1 serving Rifle Protein
Before bed:
Unleashed 3 caps
MHP Cyclin ZMA 3caps
guesstimate: 250-300g protein, 500-600g carbs, 100-150g fat = 4200+ cal
I'm not on a cycle right now just tryin to fine tune some shit before i start my first cycle in 6 yrs, lemme know what ya think bros
